All the products and services available at SWITCHSTORE’s app are carried out for the customers whether Business to business, Business to customers, our clients to customers (whether individuals, or proprietors or professionals) after extensive project analysis using a complete scope document. Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In any occasion, if you are unconvinced with the products and services delivered we make sure easy money payback, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after scrutiny. Please read the details of each deal before taking the products and services. In case of displeasure from our products and services, clients have the liberty to cancel their products and services and request a refund from us. SWITCHSTORE refund and cancellation Policy will be as follows:

As per Consumer Protect Act, 2019 and Information Technology Amendment Act, 2008, We will do the reimbursement of the money only in case we fail to make available products and services to our customers from our end. The claimant needs to apply for the same thorough email at support@switchstore.in. If your purchase was made more than 10 days ago, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of any type. We only accept refunds and/or exchanges during the first 10 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refund
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.
  • We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined.
  • The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Reimbursement will not be provided to the consumer, once it is earned by the company, with the time and energy invested by our manpower for their work done, which is not returnable. So fundamentally, all the processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and cost of resources for the work done, will be deducted. In short, further, we can’t refund any money which is paid to ruling authorities, such as taxes, GST etc, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order.

Refund terms and condition:

  • If the payment has been made through the usage of e-wallet then the refund amount will be credited in e-wallet.
  • If any products is purchased and returned the refunded amount will be credited to the applicant wallet and not in the Bank account as per the policies.
  • There shall be no refund for the utility bills or recharge amount.
  • Refund time frame is 2-4 business days in case of e-wallet return
  • Refund time frame is 5-7 business days in case the amount is to be returned in bank account.
  • Cash will not be used to handle refunds.
  • Our payment partner ‘Razorpay’ being the best payment gateway for all the E-commerce or online transactions. All the users of this app doing online transaction have to pay the transaction amount or charges as per the terms and conditions of razorpay payment gateway.

If the time period specified above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please get in touch with your bank or the company that issued your credit or debit card for more details. Refunds are handled in accordance with the aforementioned policies.

Cancellation Policy

  • It is not possible to cancel the products and services offered with special discounts on special occasions such as special public holidays.
  • In no case, SWITCHSTORE will entertain cancellation requests made for products and services such as obtaining products and services which is one time products and services or obtained the benefits before cancellation.
  • As soon as the payment has been received, we will dispatch the product(s) to you. However, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order if you wish to cancel it. You won’t be entitled for a refund if you don’t cancel within 24 hours or if the merchandise has already left our warehouse.
  • Send us an email at support@switchstore.in to cancel your order. We will deduct a 2% cancellation fee from your order if it is possible to cancel it. The remaining sum will be repaid using the same payment method as you used.
  • Depending on our payment gateway, it can take 7 to 10 working days to process the refund.

Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective product: If your product is damaged, your expectations weren’t reached, or for any other pertinent reason, you may return it for a replacement.
  • The consumer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred when returning an item to us.
  • If you return a product because we made alterations or modifications that were incorrect, we won’t charge you.
  • Do not return any items without first contacting us.

Warranty and Guarantee

We provide a one-year warranty against material and workmanship flaws under normal consumer usage when you buy new or certified refurbished items from our app. This warranty is valid from the date of the initial retail purchase. We provide warranty facility to all our users for all eligible products.

For claiming the warranty facility user of the item has to contact the either company, Customer care or Local service centre available in their locality and submit the bill and product with them.
